The Pioneer Total Abstinence Association (P.T.A.A.) is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

As part of promotion of Matt Talbot we recommend that people consider “taking the pledge” themselves. For those that are in recovery from alcoholism, it adds an additional spiritual dimension to their abstinence, i.e. offering it up for those who struggle with alcoholism and addiction. For those that don’t struggle with addiction, it is an opportunity to abstain from alcohol with the intention that your abstinence be offered up for the recovery of a loved one, a friend or anyone that struggles with alcoholism.
